Our downtown Customer Service Center will be closed on Wednesday, August 12, for a planned workforce development event. Phone, email, and in-person customer service will be unavailable. You can manage your account, view your bill, and make payments at myutilities.seattle.gov. You can pay your utility bill in person by check, cash, or credit card at a neighborhood customer service center during this time. We have eight other locations across our service area to assist you. Regular service will resume on Thursday, August 13.
