Affordable Connectivity Program

The Affordable Connectivity Program provides up to a $30/month discount for internet services to help low-income households stay connected. Many Seattle area internet service providers are participating in the program.

Low Cost Home Internet Access for Low-Income Residents

With help from low-cost programs through Comcast, Astound Broadband, InterConnections, PCs for People, Human-I-T, and Atlas Networks, you can get affordable internet service to search for jobs, do homework, pay bills, check email, watch short video clips, download music, and much more.

Free Internet Access for Non-Profit Organizations

Through the Access for All high-speed internet program and partnerships with Comcast, Astound Broadband, and Lumen, the City of Seattle connects eligible organizations and locations in the City of Seattle with free high speed internet service. 

Free Public Wi-Fi

Did you know there are several places around Seattle where you can drop in and check your email or access the Internet for job searches, pay your electric bill online, or search for entertainment options around city?

Discount Smart Phones

Lifeline is a government benefit program that provides monthly telephone service discounts for eligible consumers living on low incomes, helping create access to the opportunities and security that phone service affords - including being able to connect to jobs, housing, family and 9-1-1.
