Ursula Judkins Viewpoint Concept Plan

Updated: February 14, 2024

Early 2024

A public input meeting was held on Saturday, November 4, 2023, at the Ursula Judkins Viewpoint, where several community members shared their thoughts and ideas and participated in an activity that allowed participants to express their preferred viewpoints in the park and identify other favorite park spots.

Since the public meeting, a final conceptual plan has been designed that includes upgrades to the parking area, a walking path, improved overlook areas, restored meadows and invasive species management. Please view the plan below.

Seattle Parks and Recreation provided $20,000 for outreach and preparation of the conceptual plan.

Planning: Complete
Concept Design: Complete
Next Steps: As funding and coordination with other SPR project schedules allow, the park will remain in its current state until further notice.
