An EIS is a document that provides information about potential environmental impacts and mitigating measures from a proposal to inform the decision-making process. The scoping report summarizes what we've heard and how we are updating the proposed approach to analysis.

Racial Equity Analysis (July 2021)

We worked with Seattle residents and research non-profit PolicyLink to prepare a preliminary racial equity analysis of our existing plan, Seattle 2035, and the Urban Village strategy.

Market-rate Housing Needs and Supply Analysis  (April 2021)

This report produced by BERK Consulting provides detailed analysis of our current market-rate housing needs and supply as well as projected changes over the next 20 years. The intent of this work is to estimate potential housing supply shortages by housing types and affordability levels.
