Funding Opportunities

In April 2023, the Office of Housing conducted a Request for Information and held virtual information sessions to gather recommendations on timelines for Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Quotes (RFQ), and other funding opportunities. Based on the responses received, we will implement the following schedule:

Current Funding Opportunities

2023 Multifamily Fall NOFA

The Seattle Office of Housing is pleased to announce we are accepting proposals in Fall 2023 for the preservation and new construction of affordable, rental housing in the City of Seattle. This 2023 Notice of Funding Availability – NOFA describes the goals for our housing investments, lists resources available, highlights key policies, and outlines the application funding process.

We anticipate allocating approximately $28.5 million in Rental Housing Program capital funds for the preservation and production of affordable housing located in the city of Seattle.
