Child Information and Provider System (CHIPS)
CHIPS, or the Child Information and Provider System, is DEEL's online early learning portal. CHIPS creates a streamlined central information system that accommodates all DEEL's early learning needs. This online and integrated data system allows all City of Seattle preschool and childcare partners to manage their agency, site, family, and child information securely and efficiently.
