Elliot Bay Connections

Review Status

On March 7, 2024 the Commission recieved a briefing on the Elliot Bay Connection Project.   The project will return to the full Commission for a 15% Concept Review later this year.

Project Description

Elliott Bay Connections is a project to upgrade and enhance portions of Alaskan Way from Lenora to Broad Streets. In addition, the project would include upgrades to portions of Myrtle Edwards Park and Centennial Park. The project is divided into three separate components:

  • Bike and Pedestrian Greenway on Alaskan
  • Myrtle Edwards Park
  • Centennial Park

The project is privately funded. The goal is to complete the project in 2026.
