We are located in the Central Building at the corner of Third Avenue and Marion Street in downtown Seattle, near City Hall and the Public Safety Building. Any bus that travels Third Avenue passes by the Central Building.

The Central Building is wheelchair accessible from the Third Avenue entrance.

Regular Hours

SOCR's front desk is open to the public Monday to Thursday from 10:00am to 3:00pm. We are closed from 12:00-12:30pm for lunch.

Office Closures

In observance of the Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday, City offices will be closed Monday, January 20.
SOCR's front desk will be closed to the public on January 21 and 22, 2025.
